Intense and dense. At the request of Chef D. Praspaliauskas, the hazelnuts for this cream were roasted more strongly than usual, so it was possible to extract the deepest notes of their flavor. And let's not forget the perfect combination of dark chocolate, hemp seeds, a sweet spice blend, and salt.
